ABOUT ISADORA

Isadora Hayes is an American visual artist whose work is informed by her experience as a queer woman and oldest daughter of a large blended family in the southeastern United States. She creates art in the hopes that onlookers will see their own stories reflected in ink marks and brushstrokes. Seeking to capture the feeling of home and nuances of femininity through color, emotion, and authenticity, her work depicts the places and people that have shaped her heart. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Georgia and has been featured in galleries in Louisiana, Georgia, and Tennessee. She won local, state, and national competitions with various works while living in Louisiana. She is a member of Color the World Bright, a mural group serving the Southeast.

You can see more of her art on display in Brew Ha-Ha and The Red Shoes in Baton Rouge, LA and on her social media.
